How to Install the Software "Copyless"

I'm going to introduce you to a useful software. If your students submit their writing homework to you, you would check if they copied other's work. But it is not an easy job to read and check all of the papers. This software will help check if your students wrote their essays by themselves or copied other's work.

First, type the following URL in your address line in your web browser and press ENTER.

In the bar above the page, click "COPYLESS" and then "DOWNLOAD"

Click "FULL version" and download it.
* Make sure you have Miscrosoft Office 2003 or 2007, and "아래아한글 2007". If you have a lower version of those software, it would not work properly. *

Click "저장" or "Save" button. Remember its size is 30.2 megabytes. After the download process ends, you should check the size of the downloaded file.

Specify the location to save the file.

 It is compressed in the form of .ZIP. Right click the downloaded file and extract it.

You will see a folder extracted from the ZIP file. Open the folder.

Double click "setup2.exe"

If you haven't installed ".NET framework 2.0" in your computer, you'll see the window to install it. Click "동의함' or "Agree" button.

You might have to wait about 3 to 5 minutes to complete the installation of ".NET framework 2.0"

After the installation of ".NET framework 2.0", the process of installing "COPYLESS" software will start by itself. Click "다음" or "Next"

Specify the location to install the software and decide whether to limit the use. If you are not computer experts, don't change anything but click "다음" or "Next"

Click "다음" or "Next"

Wait until the process ends. It will be done within 2 minutes.

All the installation process finished. Click "닫기" or "Close"
